Training Facilities
Hundreds of medical professionals visit the Medtronic Therapy and Procedure Training Centers (MTPTC) each year to participate in continuing education courses in the fields of implantable devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators and stents, in minimally invasive techniques for spine, cardiovascular, or ear, nose and throat surgery, as well as in the follow-up of patients with insulin pumps, pacemakers or neurostimulators.
In addition to courses for physicians and medical professionals, the MTPTCs provide continuing education courses to Medtronic employees, who often bring technical assistance to the physicians and medical personnel in the operating rooms across the World.
